You have 3 days to inspect the work. If we missed an area, we will return to the spot clean it. We also guarantee our process and detergents will never damage your siding, roof, or plants. If it is determined they caused damage, we will pay to repair or replace it.

Our Service Warranties

ROOF CLEANING

2 years

On shingle roofs (all types), we warrant & guarantee fungus, mold, mildew, and algae will not return for up to 2 full years after the date of service. If black streaks return, we will clean it at no additional charge. This applies to the treated areas only. For example, if you elected to have a half-roof cleaning (typically north/shady sides), this would not apply to the south/sunny sides.

Warranty does not extend to lichen, moss, or other types of staining not caused by GleoCapsa Magma cynobacteria. Warranty does not apply to metal, tile, or non-shingle roofs.

HOUSE WASHING

6 months

On house siding (vinyl, hardie-board, composite board, & solid painted wood), we warrant and guarantee that fungus, mold, mildew, and algae will not return up to 6 months after the date of service. If mold or mildew return, we will clean it at no additional charge. This applies to the treated areas only. For example, if you elected to have only 2 sides of the house cleaned (typically north/shady sides), this would not apply to the south/sunny sides.

Warranty does not extend to pollen, dirt, clay or paint splatter, nor other non-organic staining*. Warranty does not apply to Stucco or Synthetic Stucco/EIFS siding, nor stained wood.
